RT-PCR Master Mix (2×) and FideliTaq RT-PCR Master Mix (2×) provide convenient, sensitive, specific, one-step RT-PCR reactions in a single tube. These ready-to-use mixes are available with Taq DNA Polymerase, optimized for routine detection, or FideliTaq DNA Polymerase, optimized for high-fidelity. Targets are detected down to 10 pg of total RNA and 1 pg of polyA RNA. By using FideliTaq DNA Polymerase in the mix, amplification fidelity is increased up to 6 times over Taq DNA Polymerase alone and can generate longer product sizes. RNA template and primers are added in one easy step.
