BD TALON™ Single Step Columns provide one-step purification of histidine-tagged proteins directly from bacterial culture. Dry-down technology packages dehydrated lysis buffer and resin in a disposable column. This design eliminates preliminary centrifugation and sonication of the bacterial culture and consolidates cell-lysis and resin binding for a single-step capture of histidine (His)-tagged proteins.
