BioRobot Universal System can be used to automate a range of ready-to-run applications in 96-well format. Protocols are available for the purification of DNA and RNA, and for PCR and RT-PCR setup: Protein and sequencing applications will soon be available. RNA can be purified from a variety of sample types, including blood, tissues, and cells. The system enables purification of genomic DNA from up to 192 buccal swab samples and reliable and flexible PCR setup in 96-well format. QIAsoft 5 software ensures easy system operation and reproducible sample processing.
