MessageAmp II aRNA Amplification Kit incorporates the newly engineered ArrayScript M-MLV RT to maximize yields of full length cDNA. The kit selects and amplifies mRNA from as little as 100 ng of input RNA in a single round of amplification for GeneChip analysis. Reagents optimized for each step of the reaction are included.
