The MICROBEnrich™ Kit, for bacterial RNA enrichment from mixed host-bacterial RNA populations, depletes mammalian (host cell) RNA selectively, removing >90% of mammalian RNA, leaving behind highly enriched bacterial RNA. This technology works with all bacterial species using a simple procedure that takes less than 2 hours. The kit enables microarray expression analysis with bacterial RNA from mixed host-bacterial populations.
