MMP in situ Zymo-Film is offered for the observation of the enzyme activity of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) in tissue specimens, which are known as an indicator of carcinogenesis and other physiological conditions. It is composed of a layer of special gelatin at 7 μm in thickness of a polyester base. It is also available for testing other proteinase activity in tissues.
