Clean-up DNA, RNA, protein, peptides, and nucleotide preparation are provided by Sephadex gel filtration SpinColumns. A range of packings are available: G10, G25, G50, G100, P2, and P6. The columns have three sampling sizes: Ultra-Micro SpinColumn at 10 to 25 μl, Micro SpinColumn from 25 to 75 μl and the Macro from 75 to 150 μl. SpinColumns are also available in a SBS compliant 96-well format with sample volume of 25 to 100 μl. The products can be attached to a syringe using included adapters. Other available selectivities include C18, C8, C4, silica, CN, NH2, PVOH, PHEA, strong and weak anions and cations, activated charcoal, cellulose, IMAC and titanium oxide.
