Quansys Biosciences and Cell Signaling Technology (CST) have teamed up to provide CST’s validated antibody pairs and Quansys’ multiplex ELISA technology in a single product: Quansys Q-Plex Cell Signaling Arrays. The new ELISA-based tests feature four distinct capture antibodies bound to each well of a 96-well plate in a defined array. Using minimal sample (50 µl), up to 96 unique samples can be assayed for all four signaling pathway molecules simultaneously in less than 2.5 hours. Researchers can easily and quickly treat cells with increasing doses of chemical compounds and compare the relative potency of each.
