Signal amplification reagents, for the Biocare Medical DyLight family of immunofluorescent (IF) Detection Kits, increase fluorescent signal 3 to 5 fold when added to standard fluorescent detection kits, advance identification of low abundance proteins, and enhance routine work. They amplify the staining intensity of nuclear and cell membrane, as well as cytoplasmic antigens, and comes with multiplex detection protocols. Biocare’s IF products are proven on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) and frozen tissue sections, as well as cell culture preparations. They offer photosensitivity equivalent or superior to Alexa Fluor 488, 546, and 555 products. DyLight 488 fluoresces a vivid green; DyLight 549 fluoresces a brilliant orange-red. Protocols are offered for thick tissue sections. The kits provide 30-day plus room temperature photostability.
